Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL ORDERS (10 - 14 DAY PROCESSING)

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 14-21 business days to receive your order. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

You will receive an order confirmation within 1 business day from the day your order was placed.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped within 10-14 business days. If you do not receive your tracking information within 14 business days of purchasing, please send an email to sales@blueprintsofthesoul.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.

   RETURN POLICY

Unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Blueprints of the Soul does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via our online returns center. https://blueprintsofthesoul.com/returns

Items must be in original condition. No clearance/sale items will be accepted.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, unless Blueprints of the Soul is at fault. We do not provide return shipping labels. 

   RETURNS PROCESS

After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will insure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

   FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
